Terms of delivery
We ship our goods within Germany and to Austria either with DHL or DPD. The delivery time of our goods within Germany is approx. 2-3 working days from receipt of payment.
Payment methods
Payment can be made either by Paypal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or prepayment.
Shipping costs
We charge a flat rate of EUR 6.90 per order for delivery within Germany. From an order value of EUR 44, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
For delivery to Austria, we charge a flat rate of EUR 11.90 per order. From an order value of EUR 49 we deliver to Austria free of charge.
We charge €13.15 for express deliveries within Germany, regardless of the value of the goods.
Frozen shipping BARF products
Our BARF products are dispatched in special packaging so that the BARF menus arrive frozen.
To ensure this, we dispatch orders containing BARF menus
- with DHL Express from Monday to Thursday or
- with DPD Express from Monday to Thursday
During the summer months, BARF parcels can only be sent by express within Germany to prevent the items from thawing. You have the choice between DPD Express and DHL Express. In the cooler months, standard shipping is also possible, but we recommend using express shipping as you will usually receive the delivery within 24 hours. If you choose standard shipping, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Please note: If you choose non-express shipping, there is no right to claim if the goods arrive frozen or defrosted.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the food, you can return unopened packs (except BARF products) to us within 30 days. To do this, fill out our returns form. We will provide you with a return label - the return is free of charge for you. As soon as we have received the food, we will refund the purchase amount or alternatively issue you with a voucher, depending on what you prefer.
