Each variety consists of the best sustainable ingredients, suitable for the most natural diet possible. Choose from different organic meat varieties and premium compositions from local production in Bavaria. At Liebesgut Tiernahrung, we are committed to ensuring that all ingredients come from the most sustainable sources possible to protect animal welfare and the environment. Naturally, we do not use preservatives, attractants, added sugar or antibiotics in our dog food Sample Packs - as with the entire range. All varieties are gluten-free and lactose-free.
With our Sample Packs, you can experience for yourself that the high meat content and the recipe make your dog happy and healthy in a natural way. Each variety provides your four-legged friend with a balanced diet containing all the important nutrients.
Sample Packs for sensitive and young dogs
The Sensitive Sample Packs only contain varieties that are particularly easy to digest: Venison or goat meat, for example, are popular alternatives for sensitive dog stomachs. The vegetable content has also been selected so that it is very easy to digest and provides acomplete diet. Like all dog foods, the varieties in these Sample Packs are carefully prepared and free from gluten and lactose, which often cause digestive problems in dogs. The Sensitive line is also suitable for older dogs with slow digestion!
Do you have a young dog or a puppy? You can test different varieties with our Junior Dog Food Sample Packs. All junior products are specially designed to meet the needs of growing dogs: They contain both more protein for general growth and more carbohydrates for enough energy, of course always without gluten or grain. At the same time, the junior dog foods are also very easy to digest and are perfect for small four-legged friends.
The perfect Sample Pack for your dog
Our dog food Sample Packs are put together so that you can easily try out as many varieties as possible. Depending on the pack, you will receive either 400 g or 800 g tins, which are enough for at least one whole meal for most adult dogs. This makes it easy for you to test and see which food your dog likes best and tolerates best. But you're not sure which pack you should choose? Then it's best to proceed as follows:-
firstly, consider whether your dog needs a special diet. This is always the case with known intolerances and puppies. Choose either a sensitive pack or a puppy pack.

Is your dog big? Then you should go for the 800 g tins.

Choose your favourite from the dog food Sample Packs.

Dogs normally always accept wet food. Nevertheless, you should gradually "sneak in" the new food. On the first day, feed a mixture of ⅔ of the old food and ⅓ of the Liebesgut dog food.

Watch your dog for stomach pain or diarrhoea. If neither occurs, you can give more of the new food on the second day (half and half) and switch completely on the third or fourth day.

My dog already gets Liebesgut dog food. Is it still worth ordering the dog food Sample Packs?
Yes, variety is good for your dog and provides mental stimulation. You also save money with the Sample Packs compared to the normal tinned price.
Are the Sample Packs the same individual cans of dog food from the shop?
Yes, with the Sample Packs we take individual cans of different varieties and make them available to you as a package at a reduced price. So you can conveniently test individual flavours.
What is the difference between organic and premium varieties?
All varieties in our Sample Packs, just like all Liebesgut products, are made with ingredients from sustainable sources. All varieties are also of high quality and offer your dog everything it needs. The difference is much more of a bureaucratic nature: meat from wild-caught animals in particular (such as rabbit or venison) cannot be certified as organic. The reason for this is that the entire food must be strictly controlled for an organic label. This is impossible with game. Some of the same meat is available in the organic version and the animals are reared on farms, but it is rarely or not reliably available. We have opted for meat from hunting, as this allows us to make a contribution to the forest ecosystem.
Are the dog food Sample Packs single protein?
The individual doses contain only one source of protein. If your dog has problems with certain proteins, our Sensitive line is well suited.
