Our wet food for dogs combines optimum nutrition with sustainable production. Each of our wet food varieties is formulated to cover all your four-legged friend's needs, from easily digestible proteins and valuable fibre for good digestion to all essential vitamins and trace elements.
All ingredients come from sustainable sources: Many of our varieties contain certified organic meat from regional organic farms, and where no organic label is possible or practical, we pay meticulous attention to environmentally friendly origins. For example, our game comes from sustainable hunting. All our varieties have a minimum meat content of 60%, in which only high-quality muscle meat and offal that is useful for nutrition are used. The rest is made up of plant-based ingredients, all of which bear the organic label, and mineral supplements such as calcium from algae lime for healthy bones. Wedeliberately avoid "gap fillers" and other artificial additives that have no added value for your dog's diet. This applies not only to our wet food, but to all Liebesgut pet food products!

Frequently asked questions about dog food (wet)
What are the differences between normal wet food and organic wet food?
At Liebesgut Tiernahrung you will find a wide range of wet food as well as organic wet food. Both categories contain premium ingredients from sustainable cultivation and high-quality meat. Wherever it says "organic", we can guarantee its organic origin. However, this can only be guaranteed where the meat comes from animals reared on organic feed. In the case of game meat, such as our venison or rabbit, we cannot guarantee that these animals have only been fed organic feed. Our game meat comes from sustainable and organic hunting that does not jeopardise animal populations. Nevertheless, we want to be transparent. The wet food on this page is guaranteed organic, including the meat. Otherwise there are no differences!
How should I store the organic wet food?
Like most foods, organic wet food is best kept in the tin in a cool (but not freezing!), dry and light-protected place. As soon as you open the tin, you can close the tin with a lid or transfer the food to another container. This will keep the food for 2 to 3 days. Please note: After storing the food in the fridge, allow it to warm up a little before feeding so that your four-legged friend gets the maximum flavour.
How much meat is in the wet food?
Depending on the variety, the meat content of the wet food is 60% to 80%; you can find the exact percentage for each variety on the product page and on the tin itself. The meat content itself consists mainly of muscle meat, the rest is made up of offal with valuable nutrients. Here too, we list exactly what is in the tins.
Is the meat in the wet food pure?
Yes, the different varieties are single-origin and the protein source is always a mono-protein. For example, if it says chicken on the tin, it really only contains chicken meat and offal. This reduces the chance of intolerances and is better for digestion.
